The TV was shipped quickly but unfortunately the screen was defective with what appeared to be sticker residue in 3 different places. I contacted sony ebay straight away for a return and refund and they organised it very quickly with PFM couriers although the full refund takes a few weeks given it needs to return to their warehouse. I have since purchased an A80L "box damaged" unit from Sony eBay and its as good as new so Im very happy. Go for "box damaged" TV's they are as good as new.

A very shaky start with a badly scratched frame (looked like it had been dragged around the floor on it's side) However, a replacement was sent out 2 weeks later (the replacement couldn't be sent out till they had received the damaged unit, which took a week) The replacement is in 'as new' condition, so Sony have redeemed themselves...
